Acceptable Use Policy

You will not

• Use, administer, or facilitate the administration of our material to any human or animal.
• Resell our material to consumers, gyms, clinics, or any retail channel.
• Use our material in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic context.
• Misrepresent our material as a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic in marketing, packaging, or labeling.
• Attempt to bypass the attestation gate, age check, or restricted-state shipping logic.
• Attempt to compromise our infrastructure, the admin console, or other researchers' accounts.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish our product copy, pricing, mechanism content, or COA library without written permission.
• Use the affiliate program to market our material for human use, dosing, treatment, cure, prevention, or wellness; or run paid ads on platforms that prohibit research-chemical promotion.
• File chargebacks before opening an RMA.
• Provide false attestation, false age, or false researcher status.

What happens if you do

• Account suspension or termination, with forfeit of any open store credit, loyalty points, gift card balances, or affiliate commission.
• Refusal of refunds where the violation indicates the buyer's intent was outside the RUO posture.
• Cooperation with carriers, processors, and law enforcement on any documented misuse.
• Civil claim under Terms §9 (indemnification) for any harm caused.

Reporting abuse

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, including an affiliate marketing our material for human use, report it to [email protected] with the URL and a short description. We act on credible reports within two business days.

Affiliate enforcement

Affiliates must add the FTC-compliant disclosure to every post linking to X Factor and must not market the material for human use. Verified violations terminate the affiliate account immediately and forfeit unpaid commission.
