Where we ship
United States only. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or to US territories at this time. We do not ship outside the United States.
Carriers and speed
USPS and UPS, standard ground. Typical delivery: 3–7 business days from ship date.
Order processing
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Tracking
Every shipped order receives a carrier tracking number by email. You can also look it up at <a href="https://www.xfactorpeptidelab.com/order-tracking.html">/order-tracking.html</a>.
Cold-pack option
Available on request at checkout for sensitive blends. No additional charge during the introductory period; we'll publish a flat fee when introductory ends.
Packaging
Sealed glass vial, butyl stopper, crimp cap. Discreet outer packaging. The outer label states "research chemicals — not for human use."
Restricted destinations
Some states or zip codes may be temporarily restricted per current legal guidance. The cart will flag this before checkout and we will refund any incidentally-accepted order.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package within 48 hours, file a missing-mail report with the carrier and open an RMA at <a href="https://www.xfactorpeptidelab.com/returns.html">/returns.html</a>. Cold-chain breach or broken vials: open an RMA with photos within 14 days of delivery.
Free shipping threshold
Orders over $99 ship free. The threshold counts the subtotal after any applied discount code.
