X Factor Research LLC (DBA X Factor Peptides) respects copyright. We respond to valid notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
Submitting a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on the site (URL).
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that it was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same elements above plus a consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court for Maryland.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive multiple substantiated notices will be terminated.
False notices
A material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
