Accessibility Statement

X Factor Research LLC (DBA X Factor Peptides) is committed to digital accessibility for researchers with disabilities. We design and build our site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and continue to iterate.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with correct heading order, landmark regions, and form labels.
• Color-contrast ratios meet or exceed 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text.
• All interactive controls are reachable by keyboard with a visible focus ring.
• Images carry meaningful alt text; decorative images use empty alt.
• Forms surface inline errors and accept both keyboard and assistive-tech input.
• The cart drawer traps focus while open and returns focus when closed.
• The site supports browser zoom up to 200% without layout breaks.
• The PWA installs offline and continues to work without JavaScript-heavy paths.

Known gaps

• The webcam-based barcode scanner inside admin requires a camera and cannot be operated by keyboard alone. A manual-entry input is provided as a fully-keyboard fallback.
• Some third-party live-chat widgets (when configured) carry their vendor's accessibility profile. We monitor and will swap providers if a vendor regresses.

Compatibility

The site is tested on the latest two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
